What this site is

This site tells you about Bargain Town: our weekend live auctions and fixed-price sales, in-person buying and pickup at our weekend location in Cedar Lake, Indiana, and items delivered by mail. This site does not take orders or payments. Purchases happen only inside the live shopping app named on our Live Auctions page, under that app's terms and buyer protection.

Accuracy

We describe items honestly, show condition and flaws, and set prices ahead of time. Prices and availability shown in the app at checkout are the ones that count. If we make a mistake on this site, we fix it once we learn about it.

Never pay outside the app

We never take orders or payments in comments, by text, or by direct message. If someone asks you to pay outside the app, it isn't us.

Returns and disputes

Returns, refunds and disputes go through the app's own buyer protection. For anything else, email [email protected].
